I helped design a new business branch, "U.N.E.S.", that specialized in the assembly, installation, and maintenance of existing retail service equipment. What began with the cleaning and maintenance of a few coffee machines for one client in Mexico, grew into an operation that services multiple types of electronics for large retailers and has expanded throughout Mexico and Colombia.
